Hy24 has signed an agreement to acquire Hynamics from EDF Pulse Ventures, supporting the next phase of its low-carbon hydrogen business. Hynamics develops projects serving industrial and heavy transport customers in France and the United Kingdom. The proposed acquisition aims to accelerate its project portfolio with specialist investment and expertise. The transaction could close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.
